Aiden's Mommy & Daddy are very good friends of mine. His honey & papa, Kathy & Charlie, are the greatest 2nd set of parents I could have ever asked for! I can't believe how much Aiden has grown since last years pumpkin patch pictures! He is too cute for words! Kathy asked if she could bring Molly & Daisy (her furry children) along too to get some shots of them. I don't discriminate against any species of clients so I said sure! lol Too cute!

Fall fun with lil' miss Camryn.

I was really excited to see little missy Camryn and her parents again for her fall session. We did 2 actually, 1 at the pumpkin patch in her costume and then a few days later at home in a cute little fall preppy dress. She's so cute and so full of personality! Looking forward to finally getting mommy & daddy in some shots for their Christmas cards next week too! Isn't she a doll!??! Enjoy!

Policies and other boring red tape...

I really really hate that I have to post this blog but, my business is my lively hood and I need to make you aware of my policies and why such policies are necessary. Please know that I appreciate each and every one of you and this is in no way shape or form made to offend anyone.

First of all, ALL of my images are copyright protected and thus property of me. What does this mean exactly? This means, you are prevented from altering my images in anyway without my consent. This includes using them as your facebook profile pictures. Your kids are cute and you want to show them off and I am 100% okay with you doing so without even asking as long as you do not crop or alter them in any way. Why you may be asking... 1st of all, I spend a great deal of time processing your images until they are just the way that I would like them to appear. I want my work to reflect MY work, not your own handy editing. Also, the images I use on facebook have my logo on them, this is for advertising purposes obviously. When someone sees a profile picture of yours that they just love, I want them to know who took it so that they might call me as well. Word of mouth is 99.9% of my business. The logo is also to prevent people from printing my images directly from my fb page. I've actually had a local grocery store call and inform me that someone was trying to print photos with my copyright image on them! This is a bad idea for several reasons. A. It's all sorts of illegal to violate a copyright law. This is STEALING! It is no different than me walking into a store you may own or work for and helping myself to a few products free of charge B. why would you want a walgreens print from fb? It's terrible quality and will undoubtably be grainy and blurry. All of my prints come from a professional high quality printing lab that does the image waaaaaaaay more justice than 1 hour photo!

Another problem is online galleries. As you know, my galleries are active for 10 days from the time they are hosted. If you know you will not have the time and/or funds to make your purchases in those 10 days, please let me know ahead of time and I will be glad to host when you are ready. I have alot of people ask me to re-host galleries later and that's perfectly fine but when you ask me to re-host every 10 days 4 times in a row, I'm going to need to set some boundaries. Why is this such an issue you're probably asking? Well, I pay for the amount of photos I can have uploaded at once so when I have clients with current galleries hosted, I have to pay to re-host yours as well. This is okay once but more than that, has me losing money. I want to MAKE money, not lose money. That being said, I will begin charging a $10 re-hosting fee to anyone who has not placed an initial order should their gallery need to be re-hosted. Reorders will always remain free. :)

The Darling Davidsons

When I was shooting the Harris wedding, I managed to schedule a family session with one of the bride's lovely bridesmaids Sarah, her sweet hubby, and precious baby boy. Sarah and I have lots of mutual friends so I was excited to get to know her a bit myself! She's too sweet, her & Cody are so in love, and little Paden just melted me! We got some family shots and even some of Paden in his moose halloween costume! How cute is he!??!! Thank you guys for hanging out with me and letting me get some shots of your wonderful little family!

My own little cutie pies!

I'm always so busy getting pictures of other people's kiddos that I often forget to get some of my own! I took my little cuties out to try and get some fall pics of them last month. Didn't go real particularly well. lol The wind was blowing like 3454398583940 miles per hour and Taylor wouldn't sit still for a second! Anyway, I still think they're pretty cute even if my opinion is a tad biased! They had a blast and I guess that's all that really matters!

Lopez wedding

Well, as usual, I had an absolute blast with the groomsmen before the wedding! We started out downtown and ended up at uprock for some fun shots. I mentioned I had kinda always wanted my nose pierced and so they offered to do it right then and there! lol I thought about it for about 5 seconds and decided it probably wasn't a good idea for the photographer to have a bloody nose while photographing the ceremony! Maybe next time guys! ;) I just LOVE weddings! Fun bunch of guys and a sweet couple that was obviously in love! Thanks so much for letting me hang out with you guys on your wedding day! Congrats!

Sweet sisters

These sweet girls are right about the same ages as my own kiddos so when their mother called to set up their session, I was super excited to get to meet them. We had a blast and Morgan (the little one) kept me on my toes and working for a smile. She wasn't enthused about having her picture taken but her big sister is a natural little model! Enjoy!

Sofia & Eva

When my sister in law called to ask if she could set up a fall mini for my 2 gorgeous nieces I was super excited! I have actually never had these 2 in front of my camera believe it or not!!! We kept setting up sessions and then one of her girls would get sick, then mine would come down with something, etc. etc. Anyway, I'm glad it finally worked out so the world can see how incredibly beautiful they are! Sofia is so dainty and lovely with that long dark hair and her perfectly flawless skin. Oh and Eva with those bright blue eyes and lotsa leg rolls! You know you just want to squeeze her! Oh I'm so blessed to have such gorgeous girls in my life!
